Auditions for Summer Shakespeare Project

Aporia is holding auditions June 3 for some fun Shakespeare in the Park on June 26-27! June 26th we have a permit to perform in Central Park at 2 and 4pm, June 27th we’re in process of obtaining a permit for Prospect Park…or we might just wing it :)

The deal: 5 scenes, 4 directors, no tech, great parts! Part show, part street performance, part picnic, we’re designing this project to be flexible and low stress while still upholding Aporia’s insistence on artistic excellence. Time commitment will depend on which role / scene you are cast in. Rehearsals will be evenings and weekends in June, mostly outside. No pay but great way to get involved with an active company.

Romeo & Juliet 1.1, 12th Night 2.4, Richard II 2.4, Hamlet 3.1 & Henry V 4.3
